At Seared we shop for the freshest ingredients available daily from farmers markets and local growers. Our seasonal menu incorporates garden fresh vegetables with locally raised beef as well as Certified Angus Beef Brand, the quality which tops off the USDA scale at its highest rating.

Our menu items change according to different produce and seafood seasons. This is our way to get the freshest ingredients from the fields and the sea, to you! Much of the seafood we purchase is line & rod caught, and all of it is sustainably harvested. Enjoy!

 

Meet The Chef  

 

Chef Joe O’Donnell brings to Seared, and to all of Petaluma, a unique and flavorful change to the average steak house.  His menu isn’t as much a list of meals as it is a roadmap through artfully crafted experiences in dining.

A graduate of the Cordon Bleu Culinary program in Scottsdale Arizona, While attending school, Chef Joe  opened and ran a kitchen in a popular sports bar and family restaurant which still uses his menu and recipes today.  He has also had the privilege to work at Eos in San Francisco and Sushi Ran in Sausalito which is where he became partial to adding an Asian influence into many of his creations.

We are certain you will find Chef Joe O’Donnell’s menu a refreshing change to the common upscale steak house.  Reservations are not needed but highly recommended.  We hope to see you soon!
